You Will Receive a Shipment Confirmation Email Once Your Order Has Shipped Containing Your Tracking Number(s). the Tracking Number Will Be Active Within 24 Hours.

✅ Replacement Eligibility

  • You are eligible for free replacement if the product you receive is:
  • Incorrect
  • Faulty or broken
  • Damaged during delivery
  • No replacements are provided for "change of mind."

    🕒 Timeframe

  • Report issues within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, replacement may incur a charge.

    🔁 Replacement Process

  • Step 1: Share a clear video of the issue with our support team.
  • If the product is confirmed faulty, choose one of the following:

    Option A:
    Ship the product (with original packaging & accessories) to:
    Warehouse #13, Plot #4488
    Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
    ➡️ We’ll ship a replacement within 5 working days after receiving it.

    Option B:
    We’ll schedule a courier pickup and send a replacement within 14 working days.
    Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories.
